The website is intended for adults making business, residence or relocation enquiries. It is not directed to children under 18. A parent or guardian should contact us before providing information about a child.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, current location, selected area of interest, the page from which the enquiry was sent and the message describing your objective. Please do not send passport copies, bank details, medical records, criminal records or original documents through the website enquiry form. If sensitive documents are needed for an agreed service, we will explain an appropriate collection method separately.

Technical and security information

Our hosting environment may generate standard request and error logs containing information such as network address, request time, browser or device information and the page requested. The enquiry form also converts the submitting network address into a one-way security identifier used for short-term rate limiting and duplicate-submission checks. The form does not store the plain network address in those temporary checks.

3. How and why we use information

We use personal information only where reasonably connected to the purpose for which it was provided, including to:

  • receive, assess and respond to your enquiry;
  • identify the relevant country, service team or professional input;
  • arrange a consultation and communicate about possible next steps;

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, validation and anti-abuse controls on the enquiry form, limited access to enquiry emails and controlled service-provider access. No website, email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the initial form only for non-sensitive enquiry information.
